Pico Suave - Saved From Slaughter

On August 15, 2018 we were asked if we could assist this poor soul, identified as Pico Suave. With the help of our followers- we were able to assist this horse out of the slaughter pipeline and ship him to quarantine where he will remain there for a minimum of 30 days. We have contacted the vet, who will be arriving on Monday to check on Pico, now known as "Prince". We have asked for bloodwork, a coggins, vaccinations, a physical evaluation, a soundness exam and to also look in his eye- which we believe him to be blind in.
